Five tools will post TikTok Shop orders, fees and settlements into an accounting system today: Link My Books, Synder, Webgility, ConnectBooks, and A2X by way of its Shopify integration. Most of that support arrived in 2024 or later, going by the vendors’ own announcements and the “New” tags still on their pricing pages. The channel grew faster than the accounting vendors, and the result is that support is recent, uneven, and worth checking line by line before you commit, because “supports TikTok Shop” means five different things across these five products.
Every claim below was checked on the vendor’s live site in September 2026. Where a vendor’s dedicated TikTok page returned a 404, that is noted rather than papered over.
What makes TikTok Shop settlements awkward
TikTok’s US Seller Center published a fee update in 2024 that set the referral fee at 6 percent per qualified order from April 1, 2024, with a refund fee of 20 percent of the referral fee capped at $5 per SKU. Confirm the current rate in your Seller Center, since that page could not be re-fetched for this article and TikTok has moved the number before.
The fee itself is simple. The problems are elsewhere: affiliate commissions paid to creators show up as a separate deduction, platform-funded discounts change the fee base without changing what the customer paid, shipping subsidies come and go, and the payout cadence does not line up with a calendar month. A bookkeeper who has closed Amazon settlements for years still spends the first TikTok month figuring out which column is which. That is the job the tools below take on, and it is also why the federal 1099-K rules matter: the IRS threshold is over $20,000 in more than 200 transactions, reported gross, so the books need to show gross TikTok sales with fees and affiliate costs broken out, not a net deposit.
1. Link My Books
Link My Books lists TikTok Shop on its pricing page with the note “Support for TikTok Shop UK and US” and a “New” tag, alongside Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, WooCommerce and Square. It posts to all Xero regions and plans except Cashbook, and to QuickBooks Online plans only. The pricing slider did not render a quotable figure during this check, so price it from the trial, which imports the last 90 days of settlements.
Fits: Xero shops, and multi-channel sellers who want TikTok next to Amazon and Shopify on one subscription. Not for QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Synder
Synder announced TikTok Shop in an April 2024 post on its blog alongside Faire and Squarespace, and maintains dedicated pages for TikTok Shop to QuickBooks and TikTok Shop to Xero. Its pricing page shows Basic at $52 a month for 500 sales transactions and two integrations, Essential at $103 for 3,000 transactions with unlimited integrations, Pro at $240 for 20,000 and Pro Max at $480 for 40,000, all billed yearly. Accounting targets include QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite.
Fits: sellers on NetSuite or Sage, or anyone who needs TikTok posted alongside a long list of payment processors. Note that the Basic tier’s two-integration limit means TikTok plus QuickBooks is the whole allowance.
3. Webgility
Webgility lists TikTok Shop among its marketplace integrations on its pricing page, next to Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Etsy. For QuickBooks Online and Xero, Advanced is $129 a month billed annually or $149 monthly for 800 orders and two channels, and Complete is $299 or $349 for 1,500 orders and three channels. The QuickBooks Desktop ladder runs from $199 or $249 for Advanced with bin and location mapping to $599 or $749 for Complete at 5,000 orders and five channels. Overages are $10 a month per 500 orders.
Fits: sellers who want inventory and price pushed back to TikTok, not just orders pulled into the ledger, and QuickBooks Desktop users with bin-level stock. The most expensive option here.
4. ConnectBooks
ConnectBooks connects TikTok Shop to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise or Xero, and the same subscription covers Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and eBay. Its page describing the TikTok Shop to QuickBooks Online sync lists net profit reports, a live sales feed, stock alerts, item-level reports and kit and bundle items, with a 30 day free trial. Pricing on its site starts at $149 a month for Gold, $199 for Diamond and $349 for Platinum, moving with monthly order volume.
The distinction from the tools above is that ConnectBooks carries inventory and per-SKU cost inside the ledger. Orders can post summarized or at item level, automated COGS relieves landed cost per unit sold, and stock is tracked in real time across channels and warehouses. Its own pricing FAQ states there is no open API for external use and no bin or zone level tracking.
Fits: multi-channel sellers, typically past $2 million a year, for whom TikTok is the fourth or fifth channel and the question is margin by SKU across all of them. More than a single-channel TikTok seller needs.
5. A2X, through Shopify
A2X does not sell a standalone TikTok Shop product. Its /tiktok-shop and /tiktok-shop/pricing URLs both returned 404 during this check. What it does support, per the FAQ on its Shopify to QuickBooks Online integration page, is TikTok orders that flow into Shopify through Shopify’s own TikTok Shop connection: A2X automatically groups those orders using the tags Shopify applies and imports them via the A2X for Shopify subscription, so the TikTok payout appears as a distinct block you can map to its own accounts. A2X prices each channel product by order volume; its Etsy ladder starts at US$29 a month for up to 200 orders, and the Shopify page carries its own ladder worth checking directly.
Fits: Shopify-first brands that turned on TikTok Shop through Shopify and want everything to arrive through one pipe. Not for a seller running TikTok Shop natively with no Shopify store.
How to choose
Start from where TikTok orders originate. If they route through Shopify, A2X or any of the others will see them; if they live only in TikTok Seller Center, A2X is out. Then name your ledger: Xero points to Link My Books or Synder, NetSuite to Synder, QuickBooks Desktop with bins to Webgility, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with per-SKU profit to ConnectBooks. Then decide who owns inventory cost, because only two of the five will carry it for you.
Run the trial against one full TikTok settlement and reconcile it to the bank deposit before paying anyone. The affiliate commission line is the one most likely to be unmapped, and if the tool cannot put it in its own expense account, you will be doing that by hand every payout. The Small Business Administration’s guidance on managing business finances is a reasonable baseline for what records you should be able to produce from whichever tool wins.
